Guys, shouldn't we create a separate thread for Bala Devi and track her progress at Rangers. She has created History and I feel that due importance and recognition should be given to her at least from us(Football Fraternity).
There is also a category called "Indian Women Football Players".
Also threads created for individual football players (male) till now have been in the category "Indian Football Players". In order to maintain a gender parity, I feel it is better to create the thread for Bala Devi under "Indian Football Players". She is an Indian woman footballer all right but at the end of the day she is an Indian Football Player. When all other individual players have been discussed under "Indian Football Players", I feel it might seem a bit patronizing to discuss her under the rubric "Indian Women's Football/Indian Women Football Players."
However, this is entirely my personal opinion and I will accept whatever IFN members say. So please state your views/opinions. Thanks!
