We are forgetting Soosairaj. That guy can dribble like devil and has speed. Ideally he should start games and then be substituted by Changte. Also why not experiment with a diamond central midfield formation with wing backs for width. Finally we have 4-5 good central midfielders who are comfortable on the ball. Why not try a midfield of Raynier (CDM), Amarjit and Thapa (Box to box mids) and Sahal(CAM). Haldar and brandon can be used as subs. Keep the shape compact and play narrow with short passes. The two strikers can be Chettri and Ashique or Justin. Only problem would be wing backs

Thats a little far fetched, only because we play mostly counter attacking football, and attack through wings. Even during Constantine era, that was our style. We aren't really effective in build up play.. at least not recent years, plus if you play that formation you are neglecting out strength on the wings, and make those player ineffective.  A simple 4-2-3-1 would be an ideal mix

The diamond can be our Plan B if our wingers fail to fire or if we want to play ultra defensive against a strong team in a must win/avoid defeat type of game. A coach must have different backup strategies  And finally we have the players who can play this formation. Earlier we didn't have such players so previous coaches never thought on this line. Besides our wingers don't know how to dribble or cross properly.
