A joint efforts of 20 odd clubs and puja committees of Behala and its surroundings with a mission to forward sports and cultural activities to every corner of the society and to promote football, BSS Sporting Club was formed in the year 2015 which captures the true spirit of camaraderie and sportsmanship.
After a successful debut season in which the team claimed a historic championship in Calcutta Football League(3rd division), BSS Sporting has gone strength to strength winning two major League Championship in next two years, Calcutta Football League(2nd division) and Calcutta Football League(1st division).
The club is registered under Indian Football Association West Bengal.

BSS Sporting Club, which started its journey in the yer 2015 hs already became a pioneer in the Kolkata Football circuit with its golden run over these years. It has created a history by becoming Champions for consecutive 3 years and now has stepped into the Premier Division.
