India vs Bangladesh - AFC FIFA World Cup 2022 Qualifier Second Round .

India will be playing their 3rd match of the Round vs Bangladesh.

After holding Qatar to a draw in their previous fixture to become first Asian nation to do so in 2019, Indian team will be riding high on confidence and looking for a win to increase their chances of progressing to the next round. Indian defence in particular will be looking to another clean sheet to their tally after a solid performance against Asian champions.

Team will be boosted by the return of the captain Sunil Chettri, along with Ashique Kuruniyan who missed out on last fixture due to illness and fatigue respectively, however Rahul Bheke will be missing out due injury and Rowlin Borges is suspended, Amarjit Singh Kiyam will also sitting this one out as he continues his recuperation from fractured arm.

India will be hoping for a clinical performance against Bangladesh as a victory with good margin will be bring their campaign on right track.

Nishu kumar is LB so how can he be included as RB in the suggested line up?

@Chelseafan I think he can play as right back too. I remember he once played as CB too, but we can risk Kotal in there as we are playing Bangladesh.

Kotal is enough for bangladesh. But they prepared very well for this match. They have been practicing for many weeks and played two friendlies.

Specialist should be played in their designated positions. I for one have not seen Nishu kumar play anywhere else except LB. And he plays decent in that. Lets give him a chance instead of Mandar and see whether nishu can attack equally well as mandar or not.

Bangladesh have a game on 10th against Qatar who I hope will give them a nice beating..They should be slightly tired and down by the time they play us
