EB had only one developmental player (born on or after 2000) in the squad, while 2 are mandatory in matchday squad. That maybe the reason why these 2 players are registered so late. They may have to deregister 2 players.
Not all players you see in ISL website has been actually registered for ISL. That's just the East Bengal squad. Jeje and Shehnaz has been put on notice on fitness grounds and could be de-registered before ISL commences if they fail to pull up their socks.
As per Marcus Mergulhao: Sandesh Jhingan had agreed a move to UK during the transfer window. Things then didn’t go as planned due to Covid restrictions. Visa issues also complicated the move. ATK Mohun Bagan then came up with a project which looked top-class, and turned him towards them.
Sandesh has a long-term commitment with ATK Mohun Bagan knowing fully well that the club will not stand in his way, should a foreign deal materialise, sooner or later. For now, his focus remains on ATK Mohun Bagan where he fights for ISL n AFC Cup success.
Liston was subject to only 5 minute cameos once in a fortnight under Lobera so he never got a chance and made the move to Hyderabad. This was also one of the reasons that lead FC Goa to do what they did to Lobera.
After joining Hyderabad near the end of last season he almost scored a last minute equalizer on his first substitute appearance against BFC, only for GSS to make an amazing save and push it onto the post
After that match, he came on as a sub again. Following that, he finally started two full games and scored a brace in his second match.
So when he was actually given a chance he took it so I expect him to start a lot this season and hopefully he shines

You can probably find Baljit Rihals tweets saying he is finding clubs for him in Europe way back in 2014. It's getting old now
Indian NT players should lower their demands if they need to sign for a better foreign club..
