    What was the whole deal about Dempo not spending as much as other clubs at the beginning of the season ? 13 crores seems good

    yeah Rudra, 13 Crores is good if it all went to the players and wasn't skimmed off the top<div><br></div><div>Kolkata Clubs spend 15-18 with Prayag almost reaching 20Crores, but of course this is all taking "cut-money" into account.</div><div><br></div><div>PFC , Salgaocar all spend around the 8-10 Cr mark, but Mumbai Tigers (spent almost 18Crores on players wages and facilities) </div><div><br></div><div>The North east clubs will spend around 5 Crores next season,</div><div><br></div><div>If you cut out the "agents" fees that are plaguing football across the world and pay players for what they are worth , it is possible to build a good squad for under 10Cr in India , and this could include paying 2-3 Crores for good quality foreigners, not the usual waste of 50+ Laks for a Nigerian amateur. </div>
