Khabra has improved his crossing leaps and bounds. Results are for all to see. He is the only player to get cross pin point right after Jahouh and Edu Bedia
Apuia scored a great goal. This season is turning out to be one of the best of all. I can see most of the players peaking now. Sad that now they will all be forced to stop and restart. WIsh we had 3 more teams and a spread out season.
Gerard Nus got 11 points in 11 games. Khalid got 21 points in 9 games at 2.33 PPG(More than any manager in this season). The team has been playing well with some very good minor tweaks. He is using Gallego different and efficiently and Brown under Khalid seems a different player. Suhair and a lot many others seem to not just be a compact defensive side team. They are free flowing in final third and expressing themselves. Credit where its due. Hope he gets a long run next season. Still see he is named as interim coach.
Gerard was using Sylla - Appiah combo and was keeping Gallego in bench.
Khalid Jamil kicked out Sylla (Appiah left) and brought in Deshorn Brown. Gallego returned to starting 11 in place of Dylan Fox. Also Suhair got promoted to starting 11 in place of others. Mashoor, Lakra & Nim Dorjee stepped up when called to action, so did Imran Khan.
There are no superstars in that team. Or Everyone is a superstar in that team.
Eugenson got injured and could never reach the original level he was. He was above 30, so fine..
But was sad to see Jeje, getting injured at 27 and could never reach the level he was earlier...
Amarjit broke his arm in training and has not been the same ... Now that Suresh , Apuia have stepped up with Borges, Thapa there, won't be able to get in to natl team. Thankfully Thapa's recent injury was not that serious..
