<br><br>lets see wat philosophy he uses, his native british, Indian british, or Shillong british?... if he truly changes shillong game , it was rather harsh to not have given him more time with arrows<br>

Removing Bulpin was definitely a blunder...atleast they sud have brought someone like arthur to replace Bulpin. But AIFF just sacked Bulpin unceremoniously and screwed up Arrows' 2nd season.<br>

<br><div><br></div><div>Papas was still an untested coach around a year ago but ya I 100% agree. Replace Bulpin with a coach that led a team to relegation and now is unheard of.</div><div><br></div><div>I think the right idea would have been for AIFF to keep Bulpin and then when Robert Baan comes in, have the two converse over the plan for the team and the players. If both could not come to agreement then by all means sack him but I bet eventually the two would agree on something. Either what is done is done and now Shillong have a good coach at the helm and Pailan have a much better coach at the helm so we are good.</div>

Bulpin was replaced by AIFF because he didn't believe in developing a possession style of play.<div><br></div><div>Bulpin and Dutch philosophy would've clashed, either AIFF had to keep Bulpin as Arrows coach and bring in another direct football coach for National team.</div><div><br></div><div>Interesting to see how Bulpin's approach will succeed at Lajong with the short players.</div><div>Lajong should finish top half of the table with him as coach BUT expect Arrows to be more successful in developing players under Arthur that can play for Wim's team.</div><div><br></div><div>Best to wait and see , but results in local League have been far from positive under Bulpin</div><div><br></div>

<br><div><br></div><div>Well that depends... is it Bulpin coaching the "B" team?</div>

  • Who wants to see what the IFA did for West Bengal Police and have the Shillong FA increase the number of teams just to keep Shillong Lajong FC in the Shillong Premier League.
