No... Summer League. Its a league for the draft picks to play with some current NBA guys... not star players but guys who were first or second year NBA guys... also some other prospects from outside the league.

Basically... this is Satnam's trial. The Summer League goes till next month I believe and the NBA stars in October with pre-season in September.

I have seen basketball becoming more popular in India nowadays especially in North India. More Basketball players from India should be trained by IMG Academy and sent to NBA clubs for trials. There is no shortage of talent in India if youngsters are trained properly. This will be good for Indian basketball and Indian sports in future.

There should also be a NBA or ISL style basketball league in India. We want India to play in FIBA Basketball World Cup.

@archak I agree with you. I also feel the same pain. I wish India had players like Novak Djokovic or Serena Williams. Wimbledon mixed Doubles are not so popular in International media.
