will the IMG academy trained players play this???

I think they would play, otherwise what are we raising them for..
Does anyone have the schedule of the qualifiers, is it out yet?

I don't about IMG team but Indians are having a under 16 camp....

Four boys of Chirag United Junior team, Jagannath Oraw, Suman Saha, Babun Das and Roni Roy got chance in India U-16 camp out of 40 campers. All the boys has been selected from U-16 Mir Iqbal Hossain Trophy Nationl Football Tournament held at Kokata. The said boys played for Bengal team who lost to Mizoram in the Semi Final.

The India camp will be held at Goa later this month where they will be trained by Chief Coach Colm Toll.

Thats really good! But how many got into the team from the Mizo team that defeated Bengal in semis??
Do chirag have their academy or just a junior team?

Few months ago I read this article where AIFF official mentioned that they will be developing two U-16 teams,so this what it is all about.

One U-16 team in USA and other one in Goa which might be sent to small camps and AFC U-16 Qualifiers to give International exposure aswell as increase the pool of players.

AFC announce U-16 Rankings/Seeds.

Kuala Lumpur: AFC has announced the rankings for the 2012 AFC U-16 Championship qualifiers.

A total of 39 Member Associations have already expressed their interest in taking part in the teenage showcase of Asia.

Six MAs – Jordan, Turkmenistan, Philippines, Bhutan, Cambodia and Mongolia – have decided not to take part in the event while Brunei are suspended by FIFA.

The rankings are based on the teams’ performances in the 2010 AFC U-16 Championship and its qualifiers.
