Fredy Mascarenhas has signed for Robin Hood FC of Bermuda Premier League on thursday. The debut match scheduled for Monday evening at 3 p.m will be his comeback game after two long years away from professional football. He was once considered to be one of the tallest strikers in India and was a member of Bob Houghton's squad.
"Hood’s best chance of the first period fell to former India international Freddy Mascarenhas, making his debut in Bermudian football, with the big striker bustling his way past Devrae Tankard and firing into the side-netting from a difficult angle."
Good but he must be too old to represent India now I guess. Also the jersey of his Bermudian club is far better than what we see in our "PROFESSIONAL" I-League. :-B
The Bermuda Premier Division is no where near I-League. They have a better national team but that is because they have a team with all Bermudans in the United States 4th Division.

Amazing story and looking at the embarrassing shortage we have at FW position we can bring him back too.
Is Bermuda league shittier than us?
Just when he was above Sunil chettri's pecking order in FW line-up he was out of football for 2 years due to serious accident.
