Fernandes needs to play for the senior team or a fully professional league (which in South Africa is the 1st tier) to be notable.
I may be able to create one and get it to pass GNG.
Again, I can create the article in the hope of getting it to pass GNG and also (they wont admit it on wikipedia) due to me being a known wikipedia football contributor to the other footy wiki guys I can possibly convince them that Fernandes is notable.
gud then go for it....rest leave it to them and save the edit page for furture if they delete the page as bcoz brendon will soon make it to any club so that time u need to add only couple of lines..........

There are many individual player threads already and those threads are for the players who are good. I dont feel there is a need of a new thread
