I dont tink they are SAFF level if they were able to compete equally with lower rung European nations and beat Oman also..U16 gives me hope going by their performances..their game against the Uzbeks is the key

This is the same batch of India U16 which played SAFF U-15 Championship 2018. Not to be confused with the Bibiano's India U-15 who are in Thailand for an exposure tour.
Three young Jammu boys are presently train in the prestigious Tata Football Academy Jamshedpur in under-18 category. All These boys are Ravi Rana, Rishi Rajput and Arjun Sharma and all of them were selected during trials conducted by the country’s top football school.
“It is a matter of pride that despite not good infrastructure and lack of domestic competition, Jammu still produces talented stuff. Hats off to these youngsters, who are full of talent in Jammu,” International football player form Jammu, Arun, who serves with ONGC said.
