Then just randomly the markets would be Nagpur, Kozhikozide (Kerala), J&K, Ranchi, and Jamshedpur. Then I would have the rest being Nagaland, Mizoram, Assam, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Punjab, and Jaipur. They are not ready but they will, soon.
The place like Nagpur, J&K Ranchi could be be good for some matches but wont make a good i-league side.....
I would suggest that along with Mumbai,Pune, Goa, Kolkatta, Kochi, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad/Chennai, Shillong and another NE city for i-league city
and then the federation cup should be played in home away format but in a way like pune's fed cup matches in kolhapur, mfc matches in nagpur and Kochi matches in chennai and so on...
as we know they are good football fna base not a base to have a top league club and be sustainable and also this will help these clubs have a good fan following outside their homecity too..
I wish they organise 2nd Division I-league on home and away basis. The clubs in 2nd division are mostly from north east, kerala and they can bring more revenue into the system. They use the same infrastructure as already in place for I-league. It increases the pool of players also.
A journalist who attended Prayag United vs Ar India game said that Pradeep Mohanraj had a poor game, probably wont make it it to final squad. But he got time, need to work harder

We dont have the required funds and proper teams to do that. That is why I rather we do what Japan did and start a brand new I-League with the best 10 I-League teams that pass AFC Criteria and then possibly 5 years later we can start a 2nd Division. That is what Japan did, J.League formed in 1992 (it was formed then) and J.League Division 2 in 1996-97.
My only concern is the IPFCA actually for this because if we do start a new league with the top 10 then we would need to leave out 4 teams. Pailan is not part of the IPFCA and my guess would be that one of Mumbai FC, Sporting Goa and Shillong would be forced to leave (We know AIFF, Baichung would realistically get United Sikkim in) but also Air India and ONGC are part of the IPFCA so if we do this then the IPFCA would complain about the AIFF leaving out Air India, ONGC and the one loner. It is crazy and stupid.
