Yes I also feel that Japan and Korea model will be suitable for India. We do not have resources or history to follow Mexico model but with sincere effort- we can copy Japan/Korea Football structure.

Exactly and if it is done right then maybe once the I-League is 70 years old (like Liga MX) then we can see what Mexico is currently seeing with all their support and their amazing football. Mexico to me is the best footballing country in the world outside of Europe and South America. They are even better than Japan and the USA.
India can do that to but it will not happen overnight (Rome was not built in a day). It will take years and years. Mexico hosted the World Cup in 1970. Maybe India can follow the same path and host the 2026 World Cup. Who knows but we need to implement a system that works and while I love the Mexican model as well I still believe that Japan and South Korea will work for us. Hell its in Asia as well.

and Indian like excitements and with no relegation/promotion there wont be any excitement just like arrows playing without anything they know they will never get relegated even if they play poorly
Again I ask you... what 2nd Division. When you say that you mean nothing. Its true because we dont have a 2nd Division. We have a tournament in which the winners are promoted only based on if they can win a few more games that the other team. Its stupid right now because that should not be the only criteria. Indian football is not mature enough for things that England or Europe enjoys. At least not yet.
As for excitement... again Japan, South Korea, Australia, and the United States do this with football and many sports, even in India, do this as well. They dont have pro/rel and yet they can still make the league exciting for all the teams, even the bad ones.
We need to sacrifice pro/rel for now as it is holding us back. We need to focus on the growth of the current clubs and work with some clubs below and then we can do it. Maybe as soon as 2018 we can implement pro/rel again but again it wont happen overnight.
Dont understand this point. Money given to two clubs. what is the criteria??? In the next season, two I-League clubs will get huge money to set up
stadiums and their infrastructures. Also, two teams might be relegated
after this season.

Well it depends. If it is 2 current clubs then thats fine because we should be helping the current clubs BUT if its the 2 new "franchises" they are talking about.... then they just dont care about I-League anymore.
I am just speculating. they say money given to two clubs to set up infrastructure. Those two clubs can be franchise also. DSK shivajian is one of the clubs hoping to get franchise.

They said clubs from North and South so if these clubs want to play in I-League they better shift between these two regions.
Dodsal should go to Delhi and name themselves as Delhi City FC
DSK should go to Bangalore and name themselves as Bangalore FC
