Fine with five but lets have some rules..<br>3 foreigners clubs can chose anyone<br>besides these 3:<br>1 would be Icon player: Minimum 20 caps for country, country within top 50, has played world cup<br>1 would be : Minimum 10 caps for country, country within top 75<br><br>At any time only 4 foreigners allowed to play in a match.<br>

To fullfill these criterias many smaller budget teams whould go into Bankruptcy.
well they have the option of going with only 3 foreigners in that case..not necessary to have all 5 foreigners :-)..this will indirectly keep tab on the no of useless foreigners..<br>
