I am very upset with AIFF guys for neglecting NE India for such international matches. Guwhati has seen juts one match against malaysia. Where football is a religion, it should be a good revenue source as well if mathces are played there.
All India Football Federation (AIFF) general secy Kushal Das said that Delhi won't be an automatic choise to host the SAFF Championship again for 2015.
Delhi hosted 2011 edition.
As per agreement with World Sports Group (WSG), a marketing partner of SAFF, India will get a chance to host the championship every alternate edition.
According to Indian Soccer LIVE, Kerala would be interested to host 2015 edition, most probably at Trivandrum.
AIFF hasn't confirmed anything about the venue for 2015 edition.
Not only in football but even IPL etc no NE cities are a venue for it...why ? The proposed Reliance IFL has no fracnhies from the NE ..why again??? Huh!
Please dont go. We will be humiliated. We should instead concentrate on saff. Just consider saff is the world cup and your life wud be more fun. I thought we are slightly better than saff standard but the fact is we are not.
It would be good to visit Philippines. I feel that one of the reasons we could not perform well is coz lot of players were not match fit and didnt gel well. The performance we saw today was due to playing together for a while. Now that we are in good tempo, we should play more after fixing a few holes in the defense and strike dept.
In strike dept. anyway we are not good.....then also what on earth made Wim to make the decision to start without Sunil???? :-/
