AIFF should consider having a Indian B team , to allow players like Jeje, Alwyn ,Lalkamal, Nabi, Asif, Beikhokhei, Ravanan, etc gain experience of a National team set up , as well as not get dissillussioned about not making the 21.<div><br></div><div>This B team can play matches vs. Sri Lanka or Bhutan and also groom a few new / younger coaches....</div><div><br></div><div>Savio, Marcos and Wim don't watch enough I_league matches nor have they got a clue about all the talent in the North East or South India for that matter </div>
I think Udanta would have been a better choice in place of Robin Singh. If Nepal can select Bimal Magar than why cant our coaches have those guts? I cant stand any match played by that guy.
I don't know why IMG-R players will feel being left out. They chose this.

<br><br>Clubs will not release players for B team fixtures. Nor will any international team play with B team as FIFA points matter a lot, even for sri lanka or bhutan. Earlier we used to send B team as national team in SAFF championship and win but now thats not the case. Play more and more internationals on FIFA match dates and select diferent players-like what this team selection-is the way to go in my opinion. <br>
After todays Technical Committee meeting India Senior National Team Coach Wim Koevermans’ contract got extended till October 2014, that is end of the Asian Games. AIFF Technical Director Robert Baan’s contract was also got extended by a year.
