    u serious? :p

  • With this team i dont even know if we will finish in top 4 next season. we need to offload squilacci and djorou for another solid center back and loan out ramsey while bringing in lansbury and miyachi into the first team. im not sure we need afellay if theo re-signs but if we get him we shoul offload gervinho. There were also talks of trading RVP for Dzeko.....

<br><div><br></div><div>Oh come on. WE DONT RUN ON VAN PERSIE! WE ARE ARSENAL!!!!!! WE FUC*ING BEAT MANCHESTER CITY WITH THE GOAL NOT FROM VAN PERSIE! WE BEAT TOTTENHAM WITH 4 GOALS NOT FROM VAN PERSIE!!!</div><div><br></div><div>Why get rid of Johan Djourou! Johan is the best 4th choice center-back in the league. We have Vermaelan, Laurent, and Per ahead of him. Lansbury is shit! He was on the bench all season for West Ham and scores one pre-season goal and now he is in need of a first team place! Miyachi needs a loan, he was not that great for Bolton. He is not ready, he needs games and he wont get them at Arsenal yet.</div><div><br></div><div>Why the fuc* would we offload Gervinho! He did what he could in a much faster Premier League. Look at his stats. Not as good as in France but he will adjust and he is only 25, not 28 or anything old.</div><div><br></div><div>van Persie is a cu**.</div>

my target for this season<div><br></div><div>2nd palce finish in premier league</div><div>semifinals in FA cup</div><div>win league cup</div><div>semifinals in UCL</div>

    xpecting too much bro

    i predict
UCL spot in PL <br> lst 4 in one CC n lst 8 FA cup <br>lst 8 in UCL
  • my target for this season<div><br></div><div>2nd palce finish in premier league</div><div>semifinals in FA cup</div><div>win league cup</div><div>semifinals in UCL</div>

<br><div><br></div><div>I think these are realistic targets but I would not expect to win the league cup because Wenger plays the reserves in those games which is why we have not won a league cup in a long time. </div><div>I would also say 2nd place finish is too high and am actually expecting a 4th place finish in the league.</div><div>The other targets seem attainable. We are out of a trophy contention with the current squad for at least the next two years. And who knows whether we will retain our star players then or sell them off like we do now. I have given hope of winning a trophy with the current administration. It is neither Wenger's fault nor the players. We don't have enough quality on bench to see us through during injury stricken times or during continuous play days. Our first team on a good day can beat anyone in the world but our bench seems to lack top quality.  </div>
  • <font face="Arial, Verdana" size="2">You are such a pessimistic gunner... I rather not say more.</font><div style="font-family: Arial, Verdana; font-size: 10pt; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; line-height: normal; "><br></div><div><font face="Arial, Verdana" size="2">Every Premier League team plays the Reserves in the League Cup. Do you want to tire the players out. The League Cup is unnecessary and the first-team should only play in the Semi's and Final. Lets not be Man City and play our first-team and eventually burn them out. (Thank god for them they missed Champions League otherwise they would have lost the league).</font></div><div><font face="Arial, Verdana" size="2"><br></font></div><div><font face="Arial, Verdana" size="2">Also our bench is quality... Fabianski/New Keeper, Gibbs, Mertesaker/Luarent, Rosicky, Gervinho/Oliver, Jenkinson, Lansbury. That is a quality bench. Compare to the other top teams. We are up there.</font></div>
  • <div>I am a realistic Gunner ; ) </div><div>I base my predictions on what has been happening for almost the last decade.</div>How can you say flappyhandski and Jenkinson are quality? Both constantly make mistakes and both have cost us games. That's why they are bench warmers. Gibbs is decent but not quality. He needs some time to mature and Clichy is better any day. Laurent is our starter and Mertesacker is not the same guy he was in Bundesliga because the pace of the game in England is so fast and he gets easily beaten in that sense. Rosicky is also a starter and Gervinho has generally been called a flop but I think he had a decent season. Lansbury is good but he has not had experience in PL so we don't know much about him there. The only quality players on our bench are Ox, Miyachi, and Wilshere. We need quality in defence and quality in strikers. If RVP leaves I doubt Giroud and Podolski combined can make the same impact as he did because let's be honest....he single handedly won us many games. People say that without the services of X and Y and bla bla bla....<div>Bottom line is he is one of the best finishers in the league and the world at the moment. If he has the ball in the box, he will find a way to score. The volleys against Everton and Liverpool, no one else in the world can score such goals.</div><div>If he's gone so is our slightest hope of any title this year and that looks more likely. If I was in RVP's position I would not be content with the signings of Podolski and Giroud alone. I would want to see some Marquee signings to know that my current club actually wants to win titles instead of sitting at the top tier and asking fans to pay for the most expensive tickets in england for nothing. This team can win trophies if they signed a top class defender like chilleni and either another striker like Jovetic or an attacking mid like Ibrahim Afellay. Also what happened to the mVila signing?  And more importantly we need to get rid of and stop buying players like Chamakh, Jenkinson, Young etc.</div><div>The current board has made a mess of Arsenal and the only way things will change is if we bring Dein back or let Usmanov in the board. Kronke and Gazidis are making profits off of this club and are in the process bringing its decline.</div>
  • <font face="Arial, Verdana" size="2">Player by Player...</font><div style="font-family: Arial, Verdana; font-size: 10pt; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; line-height: normal; "><br></div><div style="font-family: Arial, Verdana; font-size: 10pt; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; line-height: normal; ">Fabianski.... he is the number 2 goalkeeper. He is not as good as Chesney but he has been unlucky. Look at when Fabianski was #1 before Chesney came in. Fabianski was amazing then but injury hit him. Fabianski has out grown the title of Flappyianski which is so 2 years ago. Sorry I dont call a fan that still thinks Fabianski is Flappy a real fan.</div><div style="font-family: Arial, Verdana; font-size: 10pt; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; line-height: normal; "><br></div><div style="font-family: Arial, Verdana; font-size: 10pt; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; line-height: normal; ">Jenkinson... you dont watch him do you. The boy is amazing at crosses. Also so what if he is not a finished picture. Does every player on the team have to be. He has Sagna as his mentor and from what I have seen of Jenkinson, he is the hardest worker we have because he loves the Arsenal. If he plays his cards right than he could be captain in the future. Dont listen to the media and fans who only base there opinion via media because they dont know shit, actually watch the player.</div><div style="font-family: Arial, Verdana; font-size: 10pt; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; line-height: normal; "><br></div><div style="font-family: Arial, Verdana; font-size: 10pt; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; line-height: normal; ">Gibbs... http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=endscreen&NR=1&v=X005QDrmNoc Say what you like... injuries and all that shit but Gibbs is quality and will challenge hard for the starting England job.</div><div style="font-family: Arial, Verdana; font-size: 10pt; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; line-height: normal; "><br></div><div><font face="Arial, Verdana" size="2">Mertesaker... notice how after Mertesaker got injured our defense got more unorganized. We could cope but we were so unorganized. That is Per, he has speed by the way, he is a freaken footballer. Per organizes the back-line. He knows where to be, he knows his surroundings. Plus he is the bloody German captain (was before injury).</font></div><div><br></div>
