Maybe they all like the club, dont have plans to be professional (the Orissa League is far, far from pro) and there are no restrictions.
Anyone knows what is happening with this league? Till a couple of years ago Odisha FA seemed to be working hard for the football there and even had support from political groups, particularly the Sambalpur MP. Seems they have calmed down
