Not leting TJM go has become more crucial than anything else fo EB now.
<br><div><br></div><div>Dont agree Joy! TJM is good, but everytime he just cant throw tantrums. The EB officials deserve more kudos then TJM for stitching together a cohesive team who they have retained (amidst all lure of high pay packets from other clubs); any coach on this earth who can get to manage more or less the same team for 3 years can produce good results - even our very own Santosh Guardiola Kashyap!!!!! Am not taking away anything from Morgan - he has adopted this passing football style in three years' time and is certainly one of the best coaches around in India currently. No wonder he was in charge of HULL City's Development Coach. But every coach has a shelf life and Morgan knows very well that this year some of the key members of this Team would move out, meaning he has to again start from the scratch - and success wont come easily this year for him. </div><div><br></div><div>Also you would know coaches have shelf life and beyond point get bored with the same style of coaching and thats when they lose motivation and become stale...and then the performance dips. SO u wud say any performer, knows his timing when to call it quits! Morgan has rightly done so, especially given the unceremonious ways coaches of Kolkata are hacked (Subhash Bhowmich is a classic example - and I would Subhash is an even better coach than TJM).</div>

What should EB do? let TJM go and bring a new coach who chould be better than him and start from scratch again?
