How is a Dempo, Salgaocar different? All family run fiefdoms. Churchil Bros actually did a good job of branding the Vasco stadium last year, I watched the match vs EB there.
However I agree with DX, Churchil is relegated and shouldn't be given a lifeline. If you MUST have a 11 team I-League, promote Hindustan FC instead.

Churchill are just assemblers (to satisfy Alemao's ego), whereas Dempo and Salgaocar have (at least used to have) youth teams, coaching teams, own grounds and dedicated fan bases (in spite of being corporate teams). But yes, all three are myopic as far as branding is concerned.
