Why are JFC sending their reserve team when other ISL teams are supposedly sending their main teams?

Most ISL teams will send their reserve teams albeit unofficially.. They can't afford to pay their senior Indian & foreign players from August

I can't understand that point . They are paying all domestic and most of the foreigners on an yearly basis .

Honestly speaking,  I think its beneficial if they send their reserve teams as more young prospects can get game time against good clubs. Lack of game time itself is a major problem for many Indian players right now
