I dont see any argument in this, the Bhutanese boys are clearly 2-4 years smaller, either they brought very under age boys (very unlikely) or the others brought overage boys (very likely)..no amount of "proof" can change my mind!

DPR Korea U-14 Qualify for finals

Hong Kong: DPR Korea stormed into the finals of the AFC U-14
Championship 2014 after a whopping 15-0 win over Macau in their Group H
qualifying match at Mongkok Stadium on Wednesday.

DPR Korea finished their qualifying campaign with perfect four wins
thrashing the hopes of archrivals Japan, who had won only three games
and finished their qualifying run a day earlier, of snatching the only
finals ticket on goal difference if the Koreans had lost their final
    match.

Kim Chol-jin’s side had impressed with a 5-0 win over hosts Hong Kong
in their campaign opener before beating Japan 3-1. They then beat
Mongolia 8-0 before almost doubling the scoreline in their last victory
    against Macau.

Ri Jong-chol and Kim Kyong-sok each scored five times for the Koreans
while Kim Chung-jin and skipper Ri Song-jin contributed a brace each
with Kung Jin-song scoring one in the match against Macau.

Pun Veng keong-led winless Macau finished at the bottom of the five-side group’s table.

DPR Korea are the fourth nation to have qualified for the eight-team
finals of the inaugural U-14 competition with Tajikistan, Saudi Arabia
and Iraq already punching their tickets from Groups C, B and A
    qualifying respectively.

    Final Group H standings:

    DPR Korea – 12 points
Japan – 9 points
Hong Kong – 6 points
Mongolia – 3 points.
Macau – 0 point

from the picture in the AIFF website our u14 team seems to be a lot smaller physically....

They will probably bounce back and dominate in the U17 and U19 editions.
