Official East Bengal merchandise, i.e. two variants of the upper and the third jersey kit is available through Amazon, sold by Shiv Naresh. 

As per Shiv Naresh Facebook page, they will make the first kit available soon through Amazon. I have both the upper and the jersey and its decent quality for the price.
