Lebanese/Japanese. It can't be both of them. And there is no restriction on the number of asians.

Isn't it like this: you can have 4 foreigners max, out of which one MAY be an Asian (not sure if one HAS TO BE an Asian). That way, the Asian slot is fixed at 1, unless you take more than one Asians at the cost of other foreigners.
