From my expirence with the Red Bulls and with many other aspects I believe the ages of 6-10 should be for getting to know the game. Nothing is serious. There are no try-outs. If the player wants to play then you let him play. And in terms of training, just make it fun while giving a good football/soccer experience.

The ages of 11-14 is where it starts to get more serious. You are now expected to be good technical players while learning for harder concepts of football. Then once you reach 15-18 then that is when you should be dedicated and fully ready to take on any intense training.

most probably the best guys from the two academies will be picked as they are born in 1998 they are eligible for this tournament...guys in navi mumbai academy are 1997 born...i wonder which tournament they will be part of...they can participate in afc u19 tournament but will they be included??
that sounds great...the last batch of our u16 team which featured in afc-16 championship was good...so combine the best of that with the best of academy boys..we will have a real strong team for afc-19 championship.
