You cannot conclude like that. One should consider the playing conditions. The ground was slippery ,and inhibited short, ground passes.
It was the fact that both sides could barely slow the tempo of play, the fact that you could tell that some players were trying a little to hard to show off "their abilities" but end up failing. The fact that the technical ability of the players and even the ball control were quite bad (even for the U17/U16 game) also is what concerns me.

And not to mention the fact that with those conditions the coaches could not even come up with a suitable "Plan B" which would have involved their boys playing to the elements. Security Guards were there close to Indian Fans. You can see two of them in the first pic.
by the way, after the match I saw a section of crowd yelling DHOTI DHOTI DHOTI. Dhoti is abuse word for Indians there in Nepal.
Although they use it as an abusive word, I do not see what is wrong with that word. I would love it if Indian fans too reply by chanting Dhoti so that they get confused. Come on! Dhoti can't be abusive word! The names that we call for Nepal are worse

but it doesn't work that way, right? many racist chants don't always mean anything bad themselves but only they way they are said, who is saying, context etc.

for example - nigger - it comes from the word 'negra' which means black, this itself is not offensive. but ofcourse we know nigger is not a word u will say to a american-african person

again in UK, the word 'Curry' is frequently associated with Indians (and guess other south asians)..now curry is a wonderful thing but still its a racist slur (i experienced it from a facebook hater once upon a time)
