Great!!!! Official PUB. Now we are talking Football.
If there is so much demand for tickets, how about organising some high profile games in Sree Kanthareeva stadium which has floodlights as well as 40000 capacity. Stands are safe there :P There will be huge demand for Bangalore versus Lajong game.
Plus isn't the pitch at the Sree Kanthareeva non-plastic? Who knows the condition of the pitch? And if it is bad then why spend the money to fix that when you got a perfect stadium in the BFS?

Also, with the crowd Bengaluru got on Saturday and is expected to get for the rest of the season, I think the BFS is more than fine.

BFS good than Kanteerava stadium...bcoz we can be so close to the action...it will be nice when u have 7000 fans in 10000 capacity stadium...rather than in 40000 capacity stadium..
Sree Kanthareeva stadium has floodlights which is a good way of promoting football. Plus you are losing potentially between 5 lakhs to 10 lakhs per home game in gate money due to less capacity - potentially 1 crore rupees in this season because of smaller stadium without floodlights. Earlier I posted one blog which wrote about unsafe stands while constructing this football stadium. I dont see them demolishing and making new stands nor I see them constructing floodlights.
