So, just a question, when everyone is saying that they want Churchill Brothers or Mohammedan relegated... why not Mumbai FC? Personally this is the club I want gone. They have no stadium, they have no fans, and Essel Group is barely doing enough in my opinion and compared to Pune and Bengaluru FC they are nothing.
Relegation of Mumbai FC could be exactly what they need. They could have a year off to rethink what they are doing, get a decent stadium in, and just revamp the entire image of the club for a grand 2015-16 comeback.
And who is gonna replace them fron sec div. These are the best we have.
Well do we need to replace them? To be honest IMO 13 teams is to much. We should be ideally a 10 team league but 12 is fine as well. We overexpand though which in the long run is stupid.
Lets see if they manage atleast 1 home game for Mumbai FC at Cooperage Ground this season. They can get bigger crowd then Pune FC as Football is popular in Mumbai. They are there for CSR tax rebate for ESSEL group and if they are relegated, that will be the end of them. No other club from Mumbai then.

Who cares if they play at Cooperage this year... unless the crowd there changes the mind of the people around the Ground then it does not matter.
if mumbai fc play their home matches in home ground they shud do promotion 4 dat like BFC..i'm sure they will get crowd...regarding this i support them to stay in i-league next season
