To be fair to Riga... it is not as if he came from some random agent, Mike Snoei and him have worked together before in the Netherlands at Vitesse and Sparta Rotterdam so they have experience together.
That shows how bad a coach mike actually is. Even after working with Riga, he can't realise that riga is one of the worst players to hv ever come to India.
The closing ceremony has left a lot of damage on the pitch. Once the small patches are sorted out, Churchill,SCG n Dempo will to to Fatorda. The first match is expected to be held at Fatorda on the 23rd Feb between East Bengal and Papas.
It will be interesting how Ten Action will schedule their TV telecast now as Goa games at Tillak Maidan and Fatorda will be played under lights. Pune and Shillong also play under lights. Maybe they will move some Calcutta games at Kalyani Stadium.
