So Champagne Time for Bangaluru FC and packing of bags for Mohammedan Sporting. Rest of the games are just a formality now. I dont think that other teams have any motivation left.

Looks like the AFC Cup / Feed Cup runs has cost teams the title..
East Bengals early season success in AFC Cup added to a fixture pile up, and the perennial problems of playing IFA Shield after Fed Cup has led to fatigue or injuries to the key players.
Sporting's extra Fed Cup games and poor dabble in the January transfer window has cost them a top 3 finish to go with the Runner-up in Fed Cup.
Pune FC had a lack of strength in depth & having to play AFC certainly killed the title hopes
This is reflected by their poor Win % after the break .
The advantage of completing the Goa Pro League early in the season certainly helps Goa teams make run for the title.
BFC have had no disadvantages of Local League or Cup , but seem to have suffered from the fact that their players were all discard or 2nd Div players , hence not used to a long gruelling season.
