@Ashlesh ; If they scrap 2nd Division, then how will new clubs come in the I-League. When 1 club relegates, other club has to come on merit and 2nd division is one way. Relegation has to be there other one club will lose all the games in I-league with smiles on their faces that they cannot relegate.
