It's not 700Cr...its 35Cr/year for 20years...
I-league costs 17Cr to run and the rest goes on National team, youth teams, Fed Cup, Santosh Trophy , youth tournaments...and WASTAGE !

But no reason why the youth development crores from each ISL team couldn't have been uswd to run proper U15, U17 & u19 year round League !!

Instead of Delhi Dynamos giving a 2Cr check to BBsoccer school's as their youth development. ..it would make much more sense for 50 -75% of that given to a youth development project that is run Nationally

That is being released year-on-year basis. I think (not sure) Rs 35 crores per year. Of course, Profool & Co take their cut annually from it.
