He is intelligent enough and mature to take his decision. If he gets to play abroad, shouldn't get frustrated from lack of playing time and eventually join an I-League club.

It depends on what the offers are... Europe can be anywhere from Germany to San Marino while the US can be from MLS to the semi-pro USL PDL... no one can say for sure.
