@goalkeeper is right that only Sandhu and Romeo will earn call-ups because they are the only two abroad who have sorta earned their places abroad and are not just getting there randomly like the FC Pune City guys.

If FC Pune City want, just send those guys to Indian clubs, develop a youth academy, and send promising players abroad.
