@Deb_Ban ; Reading bid documents and submitting bid documents are two different things. Media was only speculating on who was reading or given bid documents or bought it for 5 lakh rupees. They never disclosed who actually filled and submitted the document. So probably BFC people did not submit the bid. Same goes for Dempo also.
That doesn't mean that half of them did not submit at all. A few of them bought individual documents but later formed a consortium and submitted one document. Sourav Ganguly and Atletico is a case in point
