How can I make corrections in comment I posted just now. Earlier I think that we were given 15 minutes to make any correction.

Only admins and moderators can promote comments

On mobile it's still jumbled. like/ dislike/... are not visible also. More importantly, the display is in a narrow column. Is it a thing with windows phone only?
