it's not I-League clubs requesting

ISL clubs are struggling to find seekers for their players.. most I-League clubs claiming their squids are full

ISL can't look to have players that nobody wants...ie players that even I-League clubs wouldn't take...

Hence request AIFF to amend the rule, exactly like they did last year ( last year the excuse was Pailan Arrows)

Since this strong-arming has already been sent to all clubs, there should be some deals that are already in place. Basic maths suggest about 50 space has opened up. That's still quite a huge numbers and can very well change the direction of the championship provided they sign using their brains.
