and its not showing us that when some new comment are added to discussion .. earlier it used to show 10 if some one made 10 comments to that discussion
Ya, I am not a fan of this new look in all honestly. The previous one was just fine. Of course if you had your reasons for changing it then fine but at the same time it is kinda hard to post now... no text-options at the top of the comments box, some posts are not showing, and ya, it is to white.
Every new layout is difficult to navigate initially, so I will give it time. But for starters, I do not like the font. And there is mix of different fonts as well.
Second, where did the like button go? I was hoping that you will add a feature to see the names who all liked when you mouseover (you know, facebook-style), but I think that would hog resources.
Third, I can't see the link which is supposed to be on the upper left corner, as per @Rudra
Fourth, in the home panel, some of the threads are against grey background and some are in white; I thought threads which are having new posts turn white, and all-read ones are grey, but that was not it. I did not find the logic behind this.
This is a system upgrade which was inevitable. As for changing the color like before and having those features like before, those can be done. A bit slowly though.
