I have always felt Balwant a better/fitter player than jeje. Was surprised when jeje used to get the starts ahead of him in ISL. Most of the goals Jeje have scored this ISL and some in SAFF has been out of a melee - yes, to his credit,he was there at the right place at the right time to shoot home. However, in a one to one situation - i have never seen him enterprising and trying to get past a defender and instead always lookn for someone to pass to. He is too slow. 

Balwant, on the contrary is speedy/has a good header and is always trying hard to create chances for his team mates - more matured.
