Mridul Banerji is a good coach, but to be successful with either of the big 2 plus Mohammedan Sp....you need to possess something else.....I doubt Mridul Banerji being a thorough gentleman would come through long term.
Jobless...the ultimate destiny of a Santosh Trophy winning coach... he was with Mohammedan last year...they did not think of retaining his services when he became the coach of Bengal...I remember reading that the management had a fallout with him as they did not want him to take the Bengal Santosh Trophy coach job
BHA league is a joke because of mis-management a la IFA and the big guns not participating. Till the 70s it was top notch, alongwith Beighton Cup. HIL is again like ISL which does not consider taking along the existing clubs.
