Sportskeeda did report about the name change (due to formation of a new company to take in new investments); and they also put the Nilkamal sponsorship value at a much less amount of Rs 2 crores, more likely a co-sponsor.

Nilkamal is Back of the jersey sponsor as I heard..!! I think there is already a company as per club licencing...so might be a name change..!!

According to Sportskeeda, Ultratech Cement may be the main sponsor and Puma (as I posted earlier) might replace Shiv-Naresh as the kit sponsor...the news might be fake...I do not guarantee any reliability
