MOHUN BAGAN AC Officials got re-elected automatically for next 3 years..The Officials will be again in Charge of the club till 2014..It was announced today in the club tent.
On this ocasion MOHUN BAGAN Club Secretary Mr.Anjan Mitra said " Our first target is to win I league besides that we are looking forward to host our I league home matches in our own ground"....

is club ka kya hoga???now what???

I doubt the ground would undergo any renovation. Have been disenchated by their false promises...

Mohun Bagan has been taking significant steps towards modernization. albeit a bit too slowly for my preferences. A new team bus Volvo fully air conditioned with LCD TV etc. pretty similar to the ones used by Indian cricket team. As of day before yesterday, the gallery renovation work has started, supposed to sport new bucket seats if not the entire gallery, at least a significant section, a new dressing room will be built under the gallery. The one crore grant from the state sports ministry will be used towards this. The discarded flood light bulbs from Salt Lake stadium will probably be fitted in flood light towers. Fan activity on the facebook pages of Sabuj Maroon Swapno and the official Mcdowell Mohun Bagan page is on the rise as well. I am keeping my fingers crossed towards a more professional player recruitment process coming season. I have already posted a team wishlist for the coming season on the aforementioned facebook pages, there has been some active discussion around it as well.
