Mohun Bagan Football Club is a different entity than Mohun Bagan Athletic Club. ATK bought 70% stakes in Mohun Bagan Football Club. It has no implication on MBAC's other sporting teams.

ATK Bought 80% of MOHUN BAGAN FOOTBALL CLUB (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED which was owned by Mohun Bagan Athletic Club, which is a Registered Society under West Bengal Societies Act.

They have secretaries for Football, Cricket, Hockey, Tennis, Athletics. Don't know whether they are active or not.

Hockey and Tennis are inactive. Cricket is running. Athletics may be (EB have a good athletics team, not sure for MB).

Bagan infact has a very robust cricket team, with a good budget. Shami is a Bagan player, Wriddhiman played for them till last year, Manoj Tiwari is a key player for them.
