@indianfootynet There is no such thing as a AIFF referee. Are you speaking about NATIONAL referees?

Referees belong to the referee bodies affiliated to the state/district association. Min age 18

It takes approx 5-7 years to reach the AIFF panel so the youngest ref must be 25-26 approx

Youngest FIFA Referee (Assistant Referee) from India is Amjad Khan (26) who is from Mumbai

just checked with CRA, P.A.Som was the youngest CRA and FIFA ref of his time, Shailesh is right in his ans

P.A Som was 25 when he became CRA referee (early 1940's), became FIFA referee in early 1950's

P.A.Som officiated in 4 AsianGames (62/66/70/74),officiated in iraq v/s iran in pre olympics,int friendlies
