Cheers. I will see if I can do this, youth academies don't really get articles like this and since the AIFF Elite Academy do not play professionally this page can not technically be created but again, I will see if I can "sneak" it.

    How are elite academies formed?

See fifa initially had planned to build academies at various cities: Kolkata, Mumbai, Bangalore, Goa and one in the 8 sisters(cant remember the name of the city) which would have all age group teams and one super academy in Goa. Currently all have amalgamated in Goa and others are closed due to lack of finance.

    What is elite academy ?

Elite Academy is that academy where country best youth players who came through AIFF youth ranked are developed to next level ..

Basically players between 17-19 are kept there and then they become graduate from this academy by joining clubs ..
  • Where are the grants from FIFA vanishing?

Honestly the Elite Academy should work on trying to get these players training stints or trials abroad. Also tournaments abroad are good (which is what this cup is doing).
