Decent pitches this season have been pune, delhi, goa, northeast, mumbai and kerala. Kolkata and Chennai just don't make the cut with terrible pitches. Chennai last season was way better. Kolkata has always sucked.
Well, no doubting Robin Singh's sincerity and his ability to score goals (occasionally). But the way he misses gilt-edged chances sometimes, not to mention the occasion when he scored an own-goal against East Bengal from a corner,(of course, being an EB fan, I was delighted),he should also play with his foot and head.
The Club has decided to part ways with Assistant Coach, Oscar Bruzon with immediate effect. There have been differences in our football philosophy and both sides feel it’s best to part ways amicably.
The decision is a mutual one. We thank Oscar for all his help and support and wish him all the best for future endeavors.

Honour means respecting my club, its players, the owners and the fans. I am proud of what I have done for the club in the little time I’ve spent here and I know that the club feels the same way.
I would like to conclude by saying that it’s been an absolute honor and matter of pride being part of the Mumbai City FC family.
During this official press release i noticed that MCFC don't have any official website other than obviously the ISL site. We have been pissed of the fact that Dempo when they don't update their website but we don't even care if the ISL clubs do them or not..
This just doesnt show the commitment you expect from fan who would like to follow the club/Franchise for 365 days.... No wonder some like me are still attached to MFC more than MCFC despite the fact that MFC might not withstand the prospect of fighting for a slot in one league if they have to calsh with MCFC..
I hope these ISL clubs start showing intent to run the club on their own rather than depend on ISL team to all the work... like create their own on-field setup from youth development to infrastructure in their city to main team signing...

All ISL clubs now have a website. Last year, they didn't make it as it was an experiment only.
