Bus journey is not banned , but transporting of equioment is a problem with such flooding , bus to bangalore and then flight?

Initial plan was to go to the NAVAL base and fly out from there...

The foreigner issues on NAVAL base proved to be one such stumbling block.... Mumbai City FC on way to Tirupati airport now , to fly out of there !
