All I League clubs who have contracted players earn money if these players get picked up ISL franchises.

45 lakhs BFC will get from Auction

BFC won't earn from AUCTION price

they get the base price...

but their players are allowed to earn ALL of the extra add on value....so this encourages players to sign long term at BFC

you get guarantee salary of X amount , and when you go to ISL  , the Club splits the IMG-R base value with you.... so auction value is all bonus

EG:

BFC player who signs for BFC for 60laks and is loaned to ISL

ISL pays 30laks for his services to BFC

BFC gives 50-50 split of that 30Laks.... so player earns 75 Laks at end of year..

Player costs BFC 45Laks as they recoup 15Laks

if player goes into AUCTION , the excess above base price , is all $$$ for player

if player signed for SLFC for 60 Laks

ISL pays 30laks for his services to SLFC

SLFC takes all of that.... so player earns 60 Laks at end of year..

Player costs SLFC 30Laks as they recoup from ISL
